Our story
Crown & Manor was founded by entrepreneurs Marius and Estera Vasilca. Their business experience across the United States and Europe shaped a conviction: an exceptional property deserves an ongoing relationship of attentive care.
Bringing Crown & Manor to Dubai was a natural continuation of that experience. The founders saw an opportunity to apply their approach in a city of exceptional residences and international homeowners, combining attentive oversight, carefully coordinated expertise and a lasting understanding of each estate.
Our aim is simple: to help owners see what matters, understand what comes next and preserve the story of their residence.
